By accessing or using Golfity (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Golfity is a golf tracking and analytics application that allows users to:

  • Track golf scores and statistics
  • Calculate strokes gained analytics
  • Connect with other golfers
  • View performance trends over time

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to other users or the service.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including scores, statistics, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and share this content as necessary to provide our services.

Content Guidelines

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is harassing, abusive, or harmful

Acceptable Use

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLFITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golfity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Golfity operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
